In 2007, The Cox Group was the winning firm in Australia of the Business Review Weekly (BRW) Client Choice Award for Architectural Services. This award was selected on the basis of survey of 200 clients from each of the entered firms.
The award is testimony to the fact that we recognize client service is our most important role. Our principal objective is to form robust relationships such that we can share ideas with our clients and evolve design in collaboration.
By far, repeat clients comprise the majority of our work in all of our offices. Our process is to allocate those individuals whose expertise and personality works best with a particular client and to foster long term alliances.
