The aforementioned Directors and Associates lead the practice’s work but it is our staff who are vital to the maintenance of high design and delivery standards across a vast array of projects.
Our office places great emphasis upon staff reward and satisfaction which we firmly believe leads to optimum outcomes for our projects. As a result, all of our offices have very little staff turnover.
There are many ways in which staff satisfaction is pursued, including:
• An ethos that allows staff at any level to comment upon and influence projects.
• A structure that breaks down into a series of ‘mini-offices’ within each practice.
• Funding staff to professional education programs and conferences of their choice.
• Focus upon allowing staff to follow projects through from concept to completion.
• A series of invited speakers on subjects not only about architecture and design but any subject relevant to the world we live in, such as climate change and economic shifts.
Our reward for their efforts is both in terms of upskilling and an extraordinary commitment to finessing projects.
