One of the strongest assets of The Cox Group is our length of experience in different procurement methodologies. Dating back to the 1980’s when Design and Construct systems were employed for the Sydney Bicentennial projects at Darling Harbour and Moore Park, The Cox Group has extensively undertaken projects under all forms of delivery including:

Our offices are thus equipped to tailor design and documentation processes to the delivery process selected rather than merely trying to adapt to the process.
We recognize that delivery methodologies will continue to change to meet increasing demands upon time and cost targets. Our essential role is to achieve these targets without diminishing quality of design. This role can only be optimized through experience guiding the methods of design though to implementation. On the latter aspect, The Cox Group in each office has dedicated site architect teams who facilitate consistency across all projects in construction phase.
